Outland.Work is a talent marketplace and managed-support service for businesses that want help finding, evaluating, and working with remote professionals in Latin America.
What we do
We organize hiring around the role a client needs: responsibilities, tools, communication, workday overlap, and level of support. Clients can browse through the marketplace or discuss a managed engagement.
For professionals, the separate Join experience supports application and onboarding. For clients, the separate Start experience supports account access and the client workflow. The public Outland.Work site explains the service and provides hiring guidance.
